At GIORNI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
